Welcome to the Caribbean Karate Club.
Our club is associated with EKKA (English Korean Karate Association), governed by Karate England, recognised and sponsored by Sport England.
The club provides opportunities for people from the age of six and of all disabilities, to receive coaching and self development in Martial Arts by highly qualified coaches. We are a friendly family orientated club who welcome and value parents support in the development of their children. With hard work and dedication we hope to take students from junior to senior, white belt to black belt, local competitions to internationals.
Sensei Leonard Austin 7th Dan is the Senior Instructor of The Ipswich Caribbean Karate Club.
The club was formed approximately 25 years ago and boasts many Internationals, past and present, such as Milo Hodge, Leonie Kersey, Lee Robinson and Terri-ann Leech. Current Internationals are Davin Pack, Adele Lloyd and Reisha Hull.
